This page explains the terms under which you may use the IG DM extension and the igcomment.igscraper.io website.
1. Who we are
IG DM is a browser extension operated by igscraper.io. These Terms of Service apply to the IG DM extension and to the website hosted at igcomment.igscraper.io. By installing or using IG DM, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the extension and stop using the service.
2. Extension purpose
IG DM is designed to help you send direct messages on Instagram more efficiently, including automated replies based on engagement triggers such as a new follower or a new liker. You are responsible for your message content and for using IG DM in a compliant, non-spammy way. IG DM is not intended for unsolicited mass messaging.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use IG DM only in ways that comply with: - Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines - Applicable privacy and anti‑spam laws in your jurisdiction (for example GDPR, CAN‑SPAM, ePrivacy, or similar regulations) You must not use IG DM to: - Send unsolicited mass DMs or spam - Attempt to access private, hidden, or technically protected information - Circumvent Instagram's technical protections (rate limiting, access controls, etc.)
4. Billing and payments
All billing for IG DM is handled by our third-party payment service provider. We do not process your card or payment details directly. By subscribing to a paid plan, you also agree to the billing terms and refund rules of our payment service provider. You can manage your subscription, view charges, and cancel renewal from the account or billing area provided by that service.
5. Data and privacy
IG DM processes only data that is available to you in your browser session and any diagnostic data we may collect to operate and improve the extension. For details on what we collect, how we store it, and your rights, please refer to the IG DM Privacy Policy available at /privacy.
6. No warranty
IG DM is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the extension will always be available, error‑free, or that it will produce particular business results. Your use of IG DM is at your own risk. We are not responsible for your message content or any consequences of your outreach decisions.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, igscraper.io and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, revenue, or data arising out of or in connection with your use of IG DM. Our total liability for any claims related to IG DM will not exceed the total amount you paid for the extension in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect product changes, legal requirements, or business updates. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date on this page. Your continued use of IG DM after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
