IG DM Refund Policy
This page explains how refunds for IG DM subscriptions purchased via our payment service provider are handled.
1. Scope of this refund policy
This Refund Policy applies to paid access to the IG DM Chrome extension (extension ID "ooopjlaooieldchgiblaoicbpjofloci") that is purchased through our third-party payment service provider. Because billing is handled by this payment service provider, some aspects of refunds are also governed by the provider's own policies and your local consumer protection laws.
2. Managing your subscription
You can view, cancel, or manage your IG DM subscription directly from the account or billing portal provided by our payment service provider. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically grant a refund for past periods.
3. When refunds may be available
Subject to our payment service provider's policies and local law, you may be eligible for a refund when: - You were charged but could not access paid features due to a technical issue on our side that we could not reasonably fix - You were incorrectly charged (for example, duplicate billing) In most other cases, such as simply changing your mind after successful use, refunds are generally not provided unless required by applicable law.
